Off-plan can be a strong strategy when selected carefully, but it is not risk-free. I help you check the developer, escrow structure, payment plan, construction progress, floor plan, view, resale supply, and contract terms so you understand both the upside and the risks before reserving.

Can I buy from overseas without visiting Dubai?

Yes. Many buyers reserve remotely after reviewing the project details, documents, payment schedule, and identity requirements. I can coordinate the process on WhatsApp or video call, but I will still encourage you to review all official documents before transferring funds.

Do I pay you a consultation or buyer fee?

No buyer consultation fee is charged for helping you shortlist and compare developer projects. If you purchase directly from a developer through me, the developer pays the commission. I will always make the buying costs and fees clear before you proceed.
